"There is no trial period, and does not do what it advertises"
There is no trial period, but I thought I could at least make some use of it.
It cannot access your YouTube video footage like it implies, you have to upload it a second time. Turns out this is PAINFULLY slow though, so I had to upload a copy 1/4 the resolution to test it. Even this took a few hours.
After testing it, I was not impressed, but thought maybe the bad quality was because I uploaded 720p (although that should still look okay). It turns out you cannot delete a video at all though.
I raised this with support, and asked for a refund - less than one day after paying for a 1 year subscription - and they refused. They also said you cannot delete a video you have uploaded. Their recommendation is to upload it to YouTube again, then also upload it to NexusClips again. Ridiculous.
So long story short; no trial, no refunds, too slow to use, no option to delete uploads, and poor support.
I am going to review this platform on every YouTube video I can find and every review service
